01The process
Most builders your size sell you on volume — pools poured, years in business, metros covered. That number is also the answer to the question you actually care about: how many other backyards is my crew standing in this week?
Robert starts with the grade, plat, access, trees, utilities, and the way you want to use the yard.
Pool, spa, coping, deck, equipment, fire, and shade become one scope before the first machine arrives.
Excavation, plumbing, steel, and gunite set the structure. This is where clean field decisions matter.

Then Reef is still the number in your phone — not a call center.

02Services
Nine trades meet in one backyard. The shell matters. So do the grade, coping, deck, equipment, fire, shade, and the route back to the house.
03Completed environments
Two built backyards. Each one answers its own house, grade, tree line, and way of gathering.

Project 01 · Wooded acreage, Montgomery County

Project 02 · Modern farmhouse, wooded lot
04The investment
Publishing the band is not bravado — it is respect for your time. If that range is not your range, you have just saved a Saturday. If it is, everything below is what actually moves the number.
$75,000– $250,000+
The band is a first filter, not an estimate. A written number starts with your property and a defined scope.
Access and excavation — how machinery reaches the yard, and what comes out of it
Size, depth, and shape — surface area drives every downstream trade
Soil and groundwater — what the ground does once it is open
Steel and gunite — the structural shell, sized to the design and the site
Tile and interior finish — the largest visible-materials swing
Decking and coping — square footage and material, often larger than the pool itself
Water and fire features — spillways, spas, and gas runs
Equipment and automation — pumps, heat, sanitation, and the control tier
The reason people spend this money is not the pool. It is the twenty years of evenings that come after it.

06Proof you can check
Most builder sites show you four quotes chosen by the builder. Reef would rather point you at the two lenders it works with — apply straight with them — and hand you the owner's line instead of a curated quote wall.

09Straight answers
Start with the budget, the property, and who holds the work. The rest can be drawn after those answers are clear.
Reef works in a $75,000 to $250,000+ custom-build range. Access, excavation, structure, finish, decking, features, and equipment determine where a project lands inside that band.
Robert Welty walks the property, develops the design and price, and stays accountable through construction, startup, and handoff.

Yes. Reef plans pool renovations that can include interior finish, tile, coping, lighting, equipment, automation, decking, and the spaces around the water.
Bring the property survey or plat if you have it, plus photographs and a plain list of what the yard needs to do. Reef can start the conversation without finished plans.
10Start with the yard
Send the city, the rough scope, and the budget band. If you have a plat or survey, bring it. If not, start with photographs.
